Each offering provides foundational insight, practical tools, and space to pause and reset. What’s introduced here can stand alone or be explored more deeply through individual counseling.

What to Expect
These live or virtual experiences blend psychoeducation, reflection, nervous system regulation, and practical strategies you can use right away. While these offerings are not therapy, they are clinically informed, trauma-aware, and rooted in compassion and real-life application.

🌸 Featured Speaker Highlight
I presented “Caring Without Burnout: Self-Care Strategies for Birth and Beyond” for the Central Florida Postpartum Alliance in July 2025, sharing accessible, evidence-informed tools for burnout recovery and emotional resilience with birth workers, counselors, and maternal health professionals.
 
In January 2026, I spoke at the Gulf Coast Mental Health Luncheon, presenting “Caring Without Burning Out: A Human, Habit-Based, and Structural Reframe for Therapists” to mental health providers focused on burnout, boundaries, and sustaining passion in high-stress helping roles.
 
In March 2026, I will present a CEU training for mental health professionals exploring burnout as a systemic, occupational experience rather than an individual failing, blending research, self-compassion, and practical strategies for sustainable practice across private practice, group therapy, and IOP settings.
